We recently undertook a comprehensive repainting project at the Yotel Hotel in Boston Seaport, an important property for the international hotel group. Our assignment involved an extensive refurbishment of the lobby area, as well as ten distinct floors within the hotel. This expansive project was completed during a one-month shutdown period, during which the hotel was operating with a limited number of guests.

The nature of the shutdown allowed us to strategize our approach, carrying out the repainting work on a few floors at a time. This sequential method ensured minimal disruption and maximized efficiency without compromising the quality of the end result.
