Type of Project:

Description of Project:

Arthur Cole Painting Corporation had the distinct privilege of refreshing some of southern New England’s most treasured cultural spaces: Providence Children’s Museum in Rhode Island, Worcester Art Museum, and Old Sturbridge Village in Massachusetts. These museums not only house important pieces of history and art but also serve as community centers where people of all ages come to learn and be inspired. Recognizing the importance of these institutions, our focus was on providing high-quality commercial painting services that would enhance the visitor experience.

For each museum, our team of skilled painters tackled various spaces needing a refresh, giving a revitalized look while respecting the unique character and requirements of each institution. At Providence Children’s Museum, for instance, the challenge was to create an inviting atmosphere for young minds to explore, while Worcester Art Museum required a more subtle touch that wouldn’t distract from the art pieces. Old Sturbridge Village, a living museum, called for a more historical hue palette in line with its 19th-century New England setting. Through meticulous planning and attention to detail, we contributed to spaces that will continue to inspire, educate, and engage communities.
